The Swallow St George Hotel is a renowned business and leisure venue in Harrogate. Situated opposite the Harrogate International Exhibition and Conference Centre in the town centre, the elegant Edwardian Hotel has extensive conference facilities, ranging from the Swaledale with capacity for 200 to one to one interview rooms.
With an excellent reputation for conference and training courses, dinner dances and weddings, including civil wedding ceremonies. The function rooms are fully equipped to cater for a range of events, and the hotel has 80 free car parking spaces.
The hotel has five excellent conference rooms, with capacities ranging from 1:1 up to 220 in a theatre setup. All rooms have natural light and can be fully blacked out. The Nidderdale and Calderdale are also fully air-conditioned.
The Swaledale has the following capacities: theatre 220, classroom 90, U-shape 100, lunch/dinner 180, dinner dance 140 and reception for 220.
The Wharfdale has the following capacities: theatre 150, classroom 60, U-shape 50, lunch/dinner 90, dinner dance 80, reception 220 and boardroom for 50.
The Calderdale has the following capacities: theatre 30, classroom 16, U-shape 16, lunch/dinner 30, reception 40 and boardroom for 18.
The Nidderdale has the following capacities: theatre 40, classroom 20, U-shape 18, lunch/dinner 38, reception 50 and boardroom for 20.
The Boardroom has the following capacities: theatre 25, U-shape 10, lunch/dinner 12, and boardroom for 16.
