The Glasgow Swallow has a convenient and versatile set of conference and meeting facilities, ranging from the 300 seat, fully air-conditioned Albany Suite to the exclusive boardroom and syndicate rooms for smaller gatherings.

Easily accessible from Glasgow's central motorway, the hotel is set in a quiet suburb minutes away from the bustling city centre. The range of facilities are equally advantageous for leisure functions and entertaining, as well as business conferences dedicated to formal training and seminars. There is ample car parking for up to 150 cars.

 

The Albany Suite:

Fully air-conditioned and able to accommodate up to 300 delegates theatre-style or 270 for dinner, the Albany benefits from extensive natural light and full blackout facilities. It has its own separate bar and entrance giving independent access, ideal for larger conferences, exhibitions and events. It can also be subdivided by use of sealed, sound-sound proofed partitions into the smaller Iona, Harris and Mull suites doe more compact delegations.

The Islay Suite:

Popular for private dining and wedding receptions as well as exhibitions and meetings.

The Bute Room:

A purpose-built training room which accommodates 24 delegates and also benefits from natural light. Also excellent for small dinner parties.

The Boardroom:

The choice for board meetings, training courses and small private receptions and dinners.
