Conference Facilities
The Swallow Dundee Hotel is set in its own spacious landscaped grounds and offers you traditional elegance with modern facilities. A new purpose built facility, added in 1999, further increases flexibility of space for any business function. Situated in open countryside just three miles from Dundee, the hotel is easy to get to and offers a variety of outdoor activities.
Corporate entertainment or team building can be arranged at the hotel or the nearby Auchterhouse Country Sports Centre and at other local venues. Conference delegates can order refreshments throughout the day and working lunches can be served in meeting rooms or in a normal dining area as you prefer.
All conference rooms have natural daylight, and most have air-conditioning. The largest room, the Wolf/Lane Suite, can hold up to 120 guests, while the Dargie Suite can hold up to 90 guests.
