The Swallow Churchgate Hotel is a delightful country house hotel and conference venue, conveniently situated near Junction 7 off the M11, and just 12 miles from the M25. With seven well appointed conference rooms, some with air-conditioning, the hotel is an ideal venue for residential conferences, training seminars, day meetings as well as private dining and other social occasions.

All conference rooms have natural daylight, and most have air conditioning. The largest room, the Hertford Suite can hold up to 160 guests, while the Essex Room can hold up to 70 guests. Beneath the Churchgate's Jacobean exterior lies an infrastructure with a clear emphasis on excellent quality and professional service, designed to meet the demands of today's business user, with facilities such as wireless internet access available for use.
