Conference Facilities
The Swallow Chaucer Hotel is conveniently located to the south side of the city walls. It is easily accessible from the A2/M2, and has two car parks to the front and rear of the building. Our Georgian ground floor conference rooms have natural daylight, high ceilings and easy access for visitors and equipment from our car parks.
The Ivy room (432sq ft) can cater for between 15 - 35 people, whilst The Regency (1008 sq ft) accommodates between 33 - 100 depending on the style of layout. The Regency Suite can also be divided into two by use of a partition.
The Hotel offers both a Day Delegate Package and a 24 Hour Delegate Package for all conferences booked for 25 people or more. This includes a full two-course buffet lunch.
The conference team has experience in both organising and hosting a myriad of different conferencing and banqueting requirements, and is able to provide and source a wide range of audio - visual equipment.
