At Swallow Hotels we pride ourselves on adapting our business facilities to meet your individual needs. We treat our conference rates in the same way, charging according to the specific number of delegates and package you require, allowing you complete flexibility, whilst providing great value without ever compromising on quality.
Our conference rates are based on 8hr and 24hr packages, and both rates provide an all inclusive delegate package including buffet lunch, refreshments and conference room hire. Our 24hr conference rate also allows you and your delegates to enjoy free use of any Leisure Club facilities at the hotel.
